20% VAT is included to the amounts. Discounted registration fees are valid for trainees (Fellows and Medical Students).

NeuroLab Istanbul 2026 Registration

Only fully completed online registrations will be accepted. An invoice will be sent after the receipt of your registration, a confirmation of payment will be sent upon receipt of payment in full. If the full payment has not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will remain valid, however the due fee will be increased according to the payment period (early/regular/late).

If the maximum delegate capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.

Registration Confirmation / Receipt

A registration confirmation/receipt will be sent by email after the online registration, a related payment and any necessary documents have been received by the registration department. Delegates may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.

Methods of Payment

• Payment of registration fees can be made in US Dollar or Turkish Lira in advance.

• After completing your online registration, you will receive payment instructions. It is imperative to state the participant’s name, the invoice number, and the registration number on the bank transfer. Payments must be made free of charge to the beneficiary and can be made in US Dollar or Turkish Lira.

  An official invoice will be prepared and sent after your payment has been received in full by the congress bank account. You will also receive a separate confirmation of registration and payment at that time.

• Participation of the program is only possible with a paid registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the NeuroLab Istanbul 2026 organizing at info@healbridge.istanbul . The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (incl. IBAN and BIC/SWIFT). The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the NeuroLab Istanbul 2026 registration department is received. The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds. Registrations are final and no refunds will be given.

By registering to the NeuroLab Istanbul 2026  participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the organizing office assume any liability whatsoever. The registration fee does not include insurance.

Cancellations made after the deadline cannot be refunded for any reason. No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. However, the organizer may accept substitute delegates.

Cancellation of NeuroLab Istanbul 2026

In the event that the program cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the program organizers (force majeure), including but not limited to pandemic or epidemic situations, or due to any other events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the program organizers, the program organizers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc.

Under these circumstances, the program organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future program, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the program and which could not be recovered from third parties.
